摘要
围绕极端环境对飞机结构环境温度影响的问题,结合飞机运营环境剖面和内外场环境试验历程,分别从外场环境(静温由-35 ℃回温至-28.8 ℃时)和实验室环境(静温由-45 ℃回温至-28.8 ℃时)两个维度,分析飞机内外部结构的环境温度特征,研究高寒环境下飞机典型内外部结构的环境温度变化趋势,并分析了全机身不同部位的温度分布特点和隔热保温效果,为飞机运营维护提供依据。
Focusing on the impact of extreme environments on the environmental temperature of the aircraft structure,combined with the aircraft operating environment profile and the internal and external field environmental test history,the environmental temperature characteristics of the internal and external structures of the aircraft are analyzed from the two dimensions of the external field environment (when the static temperature changes from-35 ℃ to-28.8 ℃) and the laboratory environment(when the static temperature changes from-45 ℃ to-28.8 ℃).Study the environmental temperature change trend of the typical internal and external structure of the aircraft in the high-cold environment,and analyze the temperature distribution characteristics and thermal insulation effects of different parts of the whole fuselage to provide a basis for the operation and maintenance of the aircraft.
