摘要
本文以新一代低温阀门为研究对象,针对冷压成型工艺制造的阀瓣在低温液氧环境下串气率较高,合格率较低的问题,开展阀瓣成型工艺技术研究。采用热压成型工艺方法,通过合理的参数设计,将一定量的颗粒状聚酰亚胺粉料置入金属基体密封槽内,利用带热源的压机产生一定的温度和压力,使聚酰亚胺粉料在高温高压下熔融流动,缓慢充满整个密封槽,从而在阀瓣和壳体之间构成密封结构,冷却后形成阀瓣组件。结果表明:通过热压成型技术制造的阀瓣串气率低,生产成本低,周期短,产品合格率高,符合航天产品制造工艺性的要求。
In this paper,a new generation of low temperature valve is taken as the research object,aiming at the problems of high gas exchange rate and low qualified rate of the valve disc manufactured by the cold pressure forming process in the low temperature liquid oxygen environment,the research on the valve disc forming process technology is carried out.A certain amount of granular polyimide powder is put into the sealing groove of metal matrix by adopting the hot pressing technology and reasonable parameter design.A certain temperature and pressure are generated by the press with heat source,which makes polyimide powder melt and flow under high temperature and pressure,slowly filling the whole sealing groove,thus forming a sealing structure between the valve flap and the shell,and forming a valve flap assembly after cooling.The results show that the valve disc manufactured by the hot pressing technology has the advantages of low cross flow rate,low production cost,short cycle and high product qualification rate.Meet the requirements of aerospace produce manufacturing process.
