《中医药法》视野下湖北省中医师职业发展研究

Research on the Professional Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians in Hubei Province from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine Law

《中华人民共和国中医药法》(以下简称《中医药法》)明确了中医药学校教育的培养目标、教学形式内容等标准。结合湖北省自身情况,湖北省招收中医药专业的学校主要有武汉大学医学院、华中科技大学同济医学院、湖北中医药大学、三峡大学医学院等,其中以湖北中医药大学为主要中医招生学校。湖北中医药大学注重学生教育,中医临床学院设有中医学“5+3”专业,药学院设中药制药专业,学校将传统医学教育和现代医学教育相结合。《中医药法》把中医高校教育标准更加明确,强调传统与创新相结合,丰富高等院校教学模式,让中医专业学生学习更加专业和丰富,是中医师职业发展的主力军。湖北省在促进中医师职业教育发展方面已经取得了一定成效,但仍存在一些问题亟待解决。

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Law clarifies the standards of training objectives,teaching methods and teaching contents of Chinese medicine schools.Based on the situation of Hubei Province,the schools recruiting TCM majors include School of Medicine of Wuhan University,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and School of Medicine of China Three Gorges University.Among them,Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the main TCM school.Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pays much attention to talent training.The Clinical College of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a“5+3”major in Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the School of Pharmacy has a major in Traditional Chinese Pharmacy.The school combines traditional medical education with modern medical education.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Law further defines the educational standards of Chinese medicine colleges and universities,emphasizes the combination of tradition and innovation,which enriches the teaching model of colleges and universities,and makes TCM students more professional.They are the main force in the professional development of TCM.Hubei Province has achieved certain results in promoting the development of professional education for Chinese medicine practitioners,but there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.
