摘要
高职百万扩招为经济社会发展提供人才支撑,为百万学子提供了大学学习机会,同时也给高职院校的教育教学管理带来了挑战。以浙江东方职业技术学院(Zhejiang DongFang Polytechnic,下文简称ZJDFP)扩招为例,分析了高职百万扩招学生的生情与学情,进而讨论了因生情差异带来的冲击与影响,有针对性地提出加强教育教学管理的对策,以达到“标准不降、模式多元”的人才培养目的。
The One-million enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges can train useful talents for economic and social development and provide learning opportunities for millions of students,and also bring challenges to the education and teaching management of higher vocational colleges.Taking the enrollment expansion of ZJDFP as an example,this paper analyzes the students and the learning situation of the millions of students in higher vocational colleges,and then discusses the impact and influence brought by the students’differences,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the education and teaching management,so as to achieve the talent training goal of“keeping the standard unchanged and diversifying the teaching model”.
