Innovative Methods of Party Building in Private Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of“Three-whole Education”

“三全育人”理念提出后备受专家学者关注,“全员育人、全程育人和全方位育人”的思想为高校党建工作提供了更健全的理论基础和更高的工作目标。民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,多年来通过深入的研究,将“三全育人”理念植根于党建工作中去。同时“三全育人”理念也给民办高校党建工作提出了新的要求。民办高校党建工作在高校发展及高校育人方面发挥着十分重要的作用,然而当前民办高校党建工作存在着一定的问题,以至于党建工作的功能难以实现。对此,基于“三全育人”视域下,民办高校党建工作必须要进行改善和创新,破立并举,确保民办高校党建工作的有效性,为培育全方面发展的社会主义接班人而贡献一己之力。

The concept of“three-whole education”has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars.It provides a more sound theoretical basis and a higher work goal for the Party building work in colleges and universities.As an important part of China’s higher education,private colleges and universities have integrated the concept of“three-whole education”in Party building through in-depth research for many years.At the same time,the concept of“three-whole education”also puts forward new requirements for the Party building work in private colleges and universities.Party building in private colleges and universities plays a very important role in the development and talent training in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems in the work of Party building in private colleges and universities,which causes some difficulties in realization of the functions of Party building.In this regard,from the perspective of the“three-whole education”,the Party building work in private colleges and universities must be improved and innovated to break through and develop simultaneously,to ensure the effectiveness of the Party building work in private colleges and universities,and to make some contribute to the cultivation of socialist successors with all-round development.
