摘要 在新冠肺炎疫情和核心技术遭到封锁的双重困局下,我国集成电路产业正加速进入重大调整变革期。近年来国内大学已把培养集成电路行业相关人才列为重要发展目标。因此,探讨如何借新工科建设的东风,围绕电子科学与技术专业特色,在现有学科实验教学平台的基础上,引入虚拟现实技术等新技术,以及分级、分层次的实践教学新体系,对传统实验、实践教学体系进行改革,以实现提升学生动手能力、培养学生创新精神的目的,进而满足集成电路行业对各类层次人才的需求。 Under the dual dilemma of coronavirus and core technologies blockade,the integrated circuit industry of our country is accelerating into a period of major adjustment and transformation.In recent years,the cultivation of integrated circuit industry talents is as an important development goal of domestic universities.In this paper,to improving practical ability and cultivating innovative spirit of students,the reform of traditional experimental and practical teaching system are discussed.The reform is based on the“New Engineering Subject”construction,the professional characteristics of electronic science and technology and the existing subject experimental teaching platform.The reforms introduce new technologies such as virtual reality technology and a hierarchical practice teaching system,to meet the integrated circuit industry demand for talents of all levels.
