生物类专业人才创新创业能力培养模式改革--以惠州学院生命科学学院为例

Reform of the Training Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Biological Professionals:Taking the School of Life Sciences of Huizhou University as an Example

为了提高地方高校应用型人才培养质量,结合专业建设实际,从更新学生的创新创业理念、修订人才培养方案、深化课程教学改革、搭建校内外两个创新创业训练实践平台、加强创新创业实践训练、加强双师型教师的培养,改革创新创业教育评价体系等方面进行探索地方院校生物类专业学生创新创业能力培养的措施,并形成了“一个目标、二大平台、六个环节”的生物类人才培养模式,为地方院校生物类专业开展创新创业人才培养提供借鉴。

In order to improve the quality of applied talent training in local colleges and universities,and combined with the reality of professional construction,this paper explores measures to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of biology students in local colleges and universities from the aspects of updating students’innovation and entrepreneurship concept,revising talent training program,deepening curriculum reform,building two innovation and entrepreneurship training practice platforms inside and outside the schools,strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship practice training,strengthening the cultivation of“double-qualified”teachers,reforming innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system,etc.This paper puts forward a“one-goal,two-platforms,six-links”biological talent training model,which can provide a reference for local colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship talent training.
