特殊时期中职学生心理危机干预系统构建探索

摘要 当前,中职学生心理健康总体水平不容乐观,构建有针对性的心理危机干预系统,改善中职学生的心理健康状况刻不容缓。基于对上海市现代流通学校学生四年多心理危机干预系统的实践探索,结合特殊时期特点和问卷调查结果,构建“以学生为中心,以学校为主导,以家庭为辅助,以社会为协助”“线上和线下相结合”的中职学生心理危机干预系统,并逐步开展和推进此系统。系统从三个方面(学校、家庭和社会)、三个层级(对全体新生进行一级预警性干预、对困扰或问题学生进行二级针对性干预、对危机学生进行三级治疗性干预)入手,动员学校全员参与,联系一切可以动员的资源,对中职学生进行系统且有效的心理危机干预。 At present,the overall level of mental health of secondary vocational school students is not optimistic,so it is urgent to construct a targeted psychological crisis intervention system to improve the mental health of secondary vocational school students.Based on the practice and exploration of the psychological crisis intervention system for students in Shanghai Modern Circulation School for more than four years,combined with the characteristics of the present special period and questionnaire results,a psychological crisis intervention system for secondary vocational school students,which is“student-centered,school-led,family-assisted,society-assisted”and“combination of online and offline”was established,and the system will be gradually developed and advanced.From three aspects(school,family and society),three levels(first-level early-warning intervention for all freshmen,second-level targeted intervention for troubled or problem students,and third-level therapeutic intervention for crisis students),the whole school is mobilized to participate,all the resources that can be mobilized are contacted,a systematic and effective psychological crisis intervention is carried out to secondary vocational school students.
