近些年来,随着我国电站技术的迅速发展,国内各电站企业普遍承接了多个国内外EPC项目,实现了企业的迅速扩张。由于项目所涉及的管理内容繁多,容易造成工作疏漏,所以在国际电站EPC项目的施工管理过程中出现了一些问题。本文分析了EPC项目管理的基本情况和基本特征,并从实践出发,对国际电站EPC项目施工管理策略着重展开分析,以期为我国电站企业在国际领域的更好发展提供参考。

In recent years,with the rapid development of power station technology in China,domestic power station companies have generally undertaken a number of domestic and foreign EPC projects,realizing rapid business expansion.Due to the various management content involved in the project,it is easy to cause work omissions,so some problems appear in the construction management process of the international power station EPC project.This article analyzes the basic situation and basic characteristics of EPC project management,and starts from practice,focuses on the analysis of the construction management strategy of international power station EPC projects,in order to provide a reference for the better development of Chinese power station companies in the international field.
