Discussion on Supervision Safety Management Responsibilities in Construction Project Supervision Process

部分建筑工程当由于管理不到位存在着严重安全隐患,为此要求监理单位人员发挥其应有作用,全面提升工程安全管理水平。本文从工程安全管理概念和监理安全管理责任入手,讨论建筑工程监理工作的作用,阐述建筑工程监理人员的主要工作内容,之后提出建筑工程安全监理过程中存在的问题,最后分析如何在建筑工程监理过程中加强安全管理,希望对相关研究有所帮助。

Some construction projects have serious safety hazards due to poor management.Therefore,the personnel of supervision unit are required to play their due role and comprehensively improve the level of project safety management.This article starts with the concept of project safety management and the responsibility of supervision safety management,discusses the role of construction project supervision,expounds the main work content of construction project supervision personnel,subsequently proposes the problems existing in the process of construction project safety supervision,and finally analyzes the methods to strengthen safety management in the process of construction project supervision,hoping to provide assistance for related research.
