近年来,在我国社会经济迅速腾飞的背景下,人们的生活水平与质量得到了明显提高,从而起到了带动建筑行业发展的作用。从目前的情况来看,在建筑工程项目开展过程中,如果仍然采用传统的管理模式,显然已经无法满足新时期的要求。在这一背景下,精细化管理概念的提出,为建筑工程管理指明了新的方向。对此,本文主要以建筑工程项目为切入点,探究建筑工程管理中精细化管理的实际作用。

In recent years,in the context of the rapid development of China’s social economy,people’s living standards and quality have been significantly improved,which has driven the development of the construction industry.Judging from the current situation,if the traditional management model is still adopted in the construction project development process,it is obviously unable to meet the requirements of the new era.In this context,the concept of refined management has pointed out a new direction for construction project management.In this regard,this article mainly focuses on the construction project to explore the actual role of refined management in construction project management.
