摘要
巴基斯坦塔尔2X660MW燃煤电站主厂房钢结构因其体型大、单根构件重、工期短、有着复杂的施工环境等,因而需要吊装施工质量达到较高水平。钢结构施工过程中主要的环节之一为钢结构吊装,而怎样分析实际情况,进行对比分析选择出适宜的吊装工艺方案则是吊装工作的基础,这对吊装质量也有直接决定作用。本文在此背景下从钢结构的吊装准备工作、钢结构吊装施工方法及工艺进行简要介绍。
The steel structure of the main power house of Thar 2X660MW coal-fired power station in Pakistan requires a high level of hoisting construction quality due to its large size,heavy single component,short construction period,and complicated construction environment.One of the main links in the steel structure construction process is the steel structure hoisting,and how to analyze the actual situation and select the appropriate hoisting process plan by comparison and analysis is the basis of the hoisting work,which also directly determines the quality of the hoisting.In this context,this article briefly introduces the steel structure hoisting preparation work,the steel structure hoisting construction method and technology.
