在新形势经济发展背景下,建筑工程质量方面的问题备受关注,特别是桩基施工技术的应用。对建筑工程建设企业来讲,要想获取良好的发展成果,把控好建筑工程施工质量是最为基本的前提。然而,在建筑工程具体施工期间,由于部分因素的影响,致使建筑工程施工依然还存在诸多的质量。因此,这就需要建筑工程施工企业根据目前存在的问题,提出针对性的解决方案,以便提高建筑工程施工质量,促进建筑工程行业的蓬勃发展。基于此,本文主要对桩基土建施工技术展开相应的分析和探讨。

In the new situation of the new economic development,the quality of construction engineering has attracted increasing attention,especially the application of pile foundation construction technology.For building engineering construction enterprises,in order to obtain good development results,controlling the construction quality is the most basic prerequisite.However,during the specific construction period,due to the influence of some factors,there are still many problems in the construction project quality.Therefore,it is necessary for construction enterprises to propose targeted solutions based on the existing problems,so as to improve the quality of construction projects and promote the vigorous development of the construction engineering industry.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes and discusses the construction technology of pile foundation civil construction.
