陕西湿地资源现状与保护对策

Shaanxi Wetland Resources and their Protection Countermeasures

为指导陕西省湿地管理、保护和利用,分析总结了陕西省湿地资源保护利用现状、存在问题,并依此提出了建议。陕西省湿地资源共有4个湿地类12个湿地型,30.85万公顷,各类湿地面积及其占比为河流湿地25.76万公顷、83.50%,人工湿地3.23万公顷、10.46%,湖泊湿地0.76万公顷、2.46%,沼泽湿地1.10万公顷、3.58%;湿地共有野生维管植物77科、207属、341种、3变种,其中重点野生保护种国家二级2种,省级4种;针对保护与利用中存在协同合作机制尚未建立、资源本底尚未完全清楚、投入不足等问题,应构建科学适宜的陕西省湿地评价指标体系、开展全省湿地资源调查及评价,继续开展湿地生态修复与重建工程,建立完善湿地保护管理与技术体系,制定不同类型湿地的保护与利用方向。

To guide the management,protection and utilization of wetland in Shaanxi Province,the current situation and existing problems were analyzed,and recommendations put forward.The total area of wetland resources is 308,500 hectares,which have 4 types of wetland and 12 sub-types.River wetland area is 257,600 hectares accounting for 83.50%of the total,constructed wetland is 32,300 hectares accounting for 10.46%,lake wetland 7,600 hectares and 2.46%,and marsh wetland 11,000 hectares and 3.58%.In the wetland ecosystem,there are a total of 77 families,207 genera,341 species,and 3 varieties of wild vascular plants,including 2 key wild protected species at the national level and 4 species at the provincial level.Problems existing in utilization and conservation of wetland resources were put forward,such as lack of the coordination and cooperation mechanism,inadequate understanding of the resource background,and insufficient investment.So,it is necessary to build a scientific and appropriate wetland evaluation index system,to carry out survey and evaluation of wetland resources,to implement further ecological restoration and reconstruction projects of wetland,and to establish protection management and technical systems.
