摘要
建立适应国有企业特点的中层管理人员绩效考核评价体系,一直是难点、热点、焦点问题。某国有石化企业历来重视绩效考核工作,通过近几年的不断优化,建立了一套实用有效的差异化中层管理人员绩效考核体系。文章阐述了开展差异化绩效考核的重大意义,介绍了构建差异化的中层管理人员绩效考核体系的实践案例,分析了存在的问题,总结出高质量构建差异化的中层管理人员绩效考核体系要在“六个协调”上下功夫。
It has always been a difficult,hot and focusing problem to build a performance assessment system for middle-level management which adapts the feature of state–owned enterprise.A certain state-owned petrochemical enterprise constantly attaches great importance to performance assessment work,and with recent several years of continuous optimization,a practical and effective differentiated performance assessment system for middle–level management has been established.In this paper,the great significance of building a differentiated performance assessment is explained,and the practice of building a differentiated performance assessment system for middle–level management is introduced,with the existing problems analyzed.It is summarized that more efforts should be concentrated on the"Six Coordinates"in order to build a differentiated performance assessment system with high quality for middle–level management.
