韩国图书馆发展综合计划研究--兼论对我国图书馆在“十四五”时期发展的启示

Research on the Comprehensive Plans of Library Development in Korea:Discussion on Some Enlightenment in the Period of the 14th Five-year Plan in China

论文旨在“十四五”规划期间为我国图书馆事业发展提供国外同行的有益借鉴。论文主要采用文献调研法,以韩国三个图书馆发展综合计划内容为框架,总结韩国图书馆事业发展环境、发展规划战略方向和核心课题。该计划立足韩国国情,在图书馆合作体系构建、信息公开路径和图书馆信息化发展方面积累了丰富经验,可以为我国图书馆事业发展提供有益的实践参考。

The purpose of this thesis is to provide reference for Chinese libraries during the 14th Five-year Plan.The main research method of this thesis is documentation method,taking the contents of three comprehensive development plans of libraries in Korea as the framework to summarize the development environments,strategic directions and core topics of library development in South Korea.The three comprehensive library development plans of Korea are closely related to the national conditions of Korea and provide positive significance for the library development in China in terms of development of library informatization,library cooperative system construction,statistics work and information disclosure.
