Summary of Weng Changsen’s Manuscript Collected in Nanjing Library

南京图书馆馆藏有30种翁长森家抄本,其抄写格纸版心下多镌“金陵丛书/翁氏藏本”,但这些书中真正收入今传《金陵丛书》者未及五分之一。翁氏于《金陵丛书》初编之时猝然辞世,丛书的编辑出版工作多是由蒋国榜完成,其出版也只是选择了翁氏收藏之尤者。因此,这批翁氏抄本不仅可见《金陵丛书》出版之过程,亦可窥见其尚未入选之冰山一角。

Nanjing Library has 30 kinds of Weng Changsen’s family manuscripts,and the“Jinling series/Weng’s collection”is engraved under the heart of the plagiarized paper plate,but less than one fifth of these books really earn the Jinling Series.Weng died suddenly when he first compiled the Jinling Series.Most of the editing and publishing work of the series was completed by Jiang Guobang,and his publishing only chose Weng’s collection.Therefore,this batch of Weng’s manuscripts can not only see the publishing process of Jinling Series,but also see the tip of the iceberg that has not been selected.
