摘要 德国应用科学大学的创办是德国高等教育改革的成功典范,其成功原因就在于独特的人才培养模式。从培养目标、培养阶段、课程设置与培养方式等方面对德国应用科学大学的培养模式进行较为全面分析,指出德国应用科学大学以培养高层次的应用型人才为目标,以分阶段教育或双元教育为主要形式,引入模块化课程,课程结构以核心技能为基础,秉承实用性与学术性教育并举、实践教学与应用研究相统一的理念,走工学结合、校企深度合作之路,突出实践教学,实践教学体系完善。 The founding of the German universities of applied sciences is a successful example of German higher education reform. The reason for its success lies in its unique talent training model. A more comprehensive analysis of the training model of the German universities of applied sciences is made from the aspects of training objectives, training stages, curriculum settings and training methods, and it pointed out that the training of talents in German universities of applied sciences aims at high-level applied talents, and is based on staged education or dual education as the main form and introduce modular courses. Its curriculum structure is based on core skills, adhering to the concept of combination of practical and academic education, practical teaching and applied research, taking the road of integration of work and learning, and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, emphasizing practical teaching and improve the practical teaching system.
