新斯的明足三里穴位注射治疗重症卧床腹胀患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of severe bedridden patients with abdominal distension

目的探讨新斯的明足三里穴位注射治疗重症卧床腹胀患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月30日至2020年9月30日我院86例重症卧床腹胀患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。治疗组给予新斯的明足三里穴位注射,对照组给予生理盐水足三里穴位注射。比较两组的12 h内肠鸣音恢复情况、腹内压、肛门排气情况、满意度。结果治疗组的12 h内肠鸣音恢复总有效率为83.72%,显著高于对照组的30.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的腹内压显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的12 h内肛门排气率为83.72%,显著高于对照组的30.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的满意度为93.02%,显著高于对照组的46.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新斯的明足三里穴位注射治疗重症卧床腹胀患者的效果较好,能够促进肠鸣音恢复,降低腹内压,缩短肛门排气时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of severe bedridden patients with abdominal distension.Methods Eighty-six severe bedridden patients with abdominal distension in our hospital from September 30,2018 to September 30,2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The treatment group was given neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injection,and the control group was given normal saline Zusanli acupoint injection.The recovery of intestinal sounds within 12 h,abdominal pressure,anal exhaust and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of recovery of intestinal sounds within 12 h in the treatment group was 83.72%,which was significantly higher than 30.23% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pressure in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal exhaust rate within 12 h in the treatment group was 83.72%,which was significantly higher than 30.23% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the treatment group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 46.51% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of severe bedridden patients with abdominal distension has better effect.It can promote the recovery of intestinal sounds,reduce the abdominal pressure,shorten the anal exhaust time and improve the satisfaction of patients.
