雷公藤多苷片联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑块型银屑病的临床效果

Clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of plaque psoriasis

目的探讨雷公藤多苷片联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑块型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月本院收治的60例斑块型银屑病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予雷公藤多苷片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MMP-9、TRAC、VEGF水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑块型银屑病的效果显著,能够降低炎症因子水平,改善患者的免疫功能,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with plaque psoriasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band UVB,and the observation group was treated with tripterygium glycosides on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors levels,immune function indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-9,TRAC and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CD8^(+) was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of plaque psoriasis has significant effect.It can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the immune function of patients,with good safety.
