摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情发生后,全国各地医疗队奔赴湖北开展医疗救援工作。援鄂医疗队的医院感染控制工作成效不但与医疗队医务人员的职业安全密切相关,同时也关系到患者的预后和整体防控工作进展。数位援鄂感染控制工作者针对医疗队在湖北三家医院救治工作中实施的感染控制策略及遇到的问题进行梳理和总结,包括成立感染控制专业组、设立防护监督员、培训、接诊前风险评估、防护标准化、清洁消毒等方面,以期为COVID-19疫情期间医院感染控制工作提供借鉴和帮助。
After the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),medical teams from all over the country rushed to Hubei to carry out medical rescue work.The effectiveness of nosocomial infection control work of Hubei medical team is not only closely related to the occupational safety of medical staff,but also related to the prognosis of patients and the progress of overall prevention and control.Several infection control workers assisting Hubei sorted out and summarized the infection control strategies and problems encountered by the medical team in the treatment work of three hospitals in Hubei,including the establishment of infection control professional group,the establishment of protection supervisor,training,risk assessment before reception,protection standardization,cleaning and disinfection,etc,in order to provide reference and help for nosocomial infection control work during COVID-19 epidemic.
