甲巯咪唑合理用药科普干预的必要性调研

Study on the necessity of scientific intervention for rational drug use of methimazole

目的调查了解甲状腺功能亢进合理用药科普干预的必要性。方法采用问卷调查法对南华大学附属南华医院2020年2-10月110例甲状腺功能亢进患者对甲巯咪唑药物的认知情况进行调研。对调查情况进行评估,以宣传彩页、小视频、科普资料及组织讲座等多种方式进行合理用药宣教。结果一些甲状腺功能亢进患者并不十分清楚自己所服药物的剂量、不良反应及合并用药问题等。结论患者对服用甲巯咪唑片的知识缺乏,希望得到专业的指导。采用宣传彩页、小视频及组织讲座等方式进行宣教干预,符合患者对甲巯咪唑合理用药的需求。

Objective To investigate and learn about the rational instruction of hyperthyroidism and scientifically popularize the necessity of intervention.Methods Totally 110 patients with Hyperthyroidism in this hospital from February to October 2020 were enrolled,the knowledge of methimazole was investigated by questionnaire.The investigation was evaluated,and various methods such as brochures,video clips,scientific popularizing materials and organizing lectures were used for the publicity and education of rational drug use.Results Some patients who have taken the hyperthyroidism are not fully aware of their medication dosage,adverse reactions,and combined medication problems of the drugs they take.Conclusion Patients lack the knowledge of taking methimazole and are eager to get professional guidance.Popularizing and educating the interventions were carried out by means of brochures,video clips and organizing lectures,which met patients'needs for rational use of methimazole.
