摘要
文旅融合时代,公共图书馆研学旅行服务表现出分众化、个性化特点,公众对可带来场景化、沉浸式体验的研学旅行服务产生了强烈的需求意愿。引入并阐释了用户消费主观认知、兴趣、搜寻、行为与共享间相关性的AISAS模型,分析了AISAS模型应用于公共图书馆研学旅行服务实践的意义,探讨了满足公众研学旅行需求的研学旅行服务路径与策略。
In the era of culture-tourism integration,public library’s service for research/learning travel shows the characteristics of demassification and personalization,and the public has a strong desire for the service for research/learning travel which can bring contextualized and immersive experience.This paper introduces the AISAS model,explains the correlation among user’s consumption subjective cognition,interest,search,action and sharing,analyzes the significance of applying AISAS model in the practice of public library’s service for research/learning travel,and probes into the paths and strategies for the service of meeting the public’s needs of research/learning travel.
