高速汽轮机转子平衡盘减重研究

摘要 效率和环保的需求使中小功率汽轮发电机组采用高转速设计,轴承跨距和转子质量的增加使转子二阶临界转速和工作转速的避开率成为设计的难点。文章研究了对转子平衡盘减重以提高临界转速和工作转速的避开率,研究结果表明在满足强度和刚度要求下转子平衡盘合理减重可提高二阶临界转速2%,提高了转子运行的安全性。 The efficiency and environmental protection requirements make the medium and small power turbine generator sets adopt high speed design.The increase of bearing span and rotor mass makes the avoidance rate of the working speed and second-order critical speed become the design difficulties.In this paper,the weight reduction of the rotor balance disc is studied to improve the avoidance rate of critical speed and working speed.The research results show that the reasonable weight reduction of the rotor balance disc can increase the second-order critical speed by 2%while satisfy the strength and stiffness requirements.The research carried out in this paper improves the safety of rotor operation.
