摘要
介绍了一款新型核探测信号分析仪EasyDAQ-P-1000HV,探测器探测的信号进入EasyDAQ-P-1000HV系统中,首先进行三级放大,被放大的信号通过模数转换转换为数字信号,数字信号进入FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)SN65LVDS1DBV处理做积分,求峰值,判断阈值等功能,最终形成能谱。通过USB与电脑终端建立通信,上位机能谱分析软件EasySpe20210106实现了对EasyDAQ-P-1000HV的控制和能谱显示。闪烁体探测器CH158-06(NaI(TI))探测232Th样品,进行能谱分析。
A new type of nuclear detection signal analyzer Easy DAQ-P-1000 HV is introduced. The signal detected by the detector enters the Easy DAQ-P-1000 HV system. First, it undergoes threestage amplification, and the amplified signal is converted into a digital signal through analog-to-digital conversion., The digital signal enters the FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) SN65 LVDS1 DBV for processing for integration, peak value, threshold judgment and other functions, and finally forms the energy spectrum. Finally, communication is established with the computer terminal through USB, and the upper computer energy spectrum analysis software Easy Spe20210106 realizes the control and energy spectrum display of Easy DAQ-P-1000 HV. Scintillator detector of CH158-06(Na I(TI)) produced by Hamamatsu was used to detect the;Th sample for energy spectrum analysis.
