阐述电网企业目前对仓库日常物资入库、储存、装卸、移位、出库、理仓、盘点等业务环节主要依赖仓储作业人员手工操作,相关工作重复烦琐,工作效率低、仓储工作人员工作强度大,存在因人为疏忽导致的作业差错。借助精定位行吊、智能装卸机器人实现物资装卸搬运的全自动化;借助实物ID、移动作业终端实现物资一键扫码出入库;借助电子墨水标签实现仓库仓位可视化;借助无人机、AR眼镜、图像识别技术实现库存物资的智能盘点;借助仓储管理系统内设理仓逻辑实现自动化仓库智能理仓;借助PTL拣选系统实现平库智能拣选。在物资入库、储存、装卸、移位、出库、理仓、盘点等仓储作业环节,通过搭建统一的信息系统,运用自动化设施设备,简化仓储作业流程,提升数据交互能力与仓储作业效率。

This paper expounds that power grid enterprises mainly rely on the manual operation of warehouse operators in the daily material warehousing, storage, loading and unloading, shift, ex warehouse, warehouse management, inventory and other business links. The related work is repetitive and cumbersome, the work efficiency is low, the work intensity of warehouse workers is high, and there are operation errors caused by human negligence. With the help of precise positioning crane and intelligent loading and unloading robot to realize the full automation of material loading and unloading;with the help of physical ID and mobile operation terminal to realize the material one key scanning code in and out of the warehouse;with the help of e-ink label to realize the warehouse position visualization;with the help of UAV and ar Glasses, image recognition technology to achieve intelligent inventory of inventory materials;with the help of warehouse management system built-in warehouse logic to achieve intelligent warehouse management;with the help of PTL picking system to achieve intelligent warehouse sorting. In the process of warehousing operation, such as material warehousing, storage, loading and unloading, displacement, ex warehouse, warehouse management and inventory, a unified information system is built and automatic facilities and equipment are used to simplify the warehousing operation process and improve the data interaction ability and warehousing operation efficiency.
