阐述配电网安全运行过程中的问题,安全运行的技术措施,包括超负荷的故障、安全防护设施的缺陷、接地故障、防雷设置、优化配电线路预警机制。
This paper expounds the problems in the safe operation of distribution network and the technical measures for safe operation, including overload fault, defects of safety protection facilities, grounding fault, lightning protection setting and optimizing the early warning mechanism of distribution line.
