试析高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业实践教学体系中存在的问题

Problems in Practical Teaching System of Hotel Management and Digital Operation in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业的实践教学是培养酒店行业所需要的高技能应用型人才的关键,但是酒店实践教学体系中存在着产教融合度不够、教师实践能力不足、学生实践学习动力不强等方面的问题。为此,必须从顶层制度设计、双师型队伍建设、课程思政等三个途径入手解决上述问题。

It is critical to conduct practical teaching in the specialty of hotel management and digital operation at vocational colleges so as to cultivate skil led talents for this sector.However,there exist problems in its teaching system,such as the lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,teachers'insufficient business experience and weak motivation for practical skills among students.Thus,measures can be taken in three aspects,including optimizing toplevel system design,building a teaching team with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills and enhancing ideological and political education in courses.
