Study on the Theoretical System of Classical Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Qin and Han Dynasties Combined with Unearthed Documents

古典针灸理论体系形成于先秦及两汉时期,秦汉时期的张家山汉简《脉书》、马王堆汉墓医书、《黄帝内经》都是古人留下的宝贵财富,对研究后世针灸理论体系有着重要的意义。古典针灸中蕴含三大理论体系,包括五行体系、卫气体系和阴阳体系。五行体系以五脏病为核心,脉色合参,或从经验效穴,或从经脉取穴为治;卫气体系以卫气循行、输布为核心,"逆其气则病,从其气则愈",治疗或取经脉之荥穴、输穴,或从气街论治。阴阳体系谨守经脉之偏盛偏衰,脉证合参,判断病脉,以针刺调其阴阳平衡为治。

The theoretical system of classical acupuncture and moxibustion was formed in the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties.Pulse Book of the Han Dynasty bamboo slips version of unearthed in Zhangjiashan,Mawangdui Han tomb medical books,Huangdi′s Internal Classic,and Classic of Difficulties,which are all valuable wealth left by the ancients,which is of great significance to the study of the theoretical system of acupuncture and moxibustion in future generations.Classical acupuncture and moxibustion contains three theoretical systems,including five-element system,defense-qi system,and yin-yang system.The five-element system takes the five zang organs diseases as the core,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the pulse and complexion,selects effective experience acupoints,or the ones of the meridians.The core of the defense-qi system is the circulation and distribution of defense-qi."Violation of its qi leads to disease,while abidance by its qi brings forth recovery."The transport points of the meridians can be selected for treatment or abidance by qi is adopted.The yin-yang system abides by the partial prosperity and partial decline of meridians,adopts comprehensive analysis of the pulse and syndromes,to judge the diseased pulse,and regulate the balance of yin and yang by acupuncture.
