针灸联合红外线穴位照射治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Infrared Acupoint Irradiation in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

目的:观察针灸联合红外线穴位照射治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月镇江市中西医结合医院治疗的周围性面瘫患者45例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组23例和对照组22例。两组患者均给予甲钴胺片和醋酸泼尼松龙片口服治疗,对照组另给予常规针刺治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予红外线穴位照射、隔姜灸。观察两组患者治疗前后面神经功能改善情况,评价两组临床疗效与安全性。结果:试验组治疗后面神经功能评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率为91.30%,对照组有效率为72.73%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见相关并发症与不良反应,安全等级均为Ⅰ级。结论:针灸联合红外线穴位照射治疗周围性面瘫,可以改善患者面神经功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with infrared acupoint irradiation on facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 45 patients with facial paralysis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 23 cases and 22 cases respectively.Both groups were given Mecobalamin Tablets and Prednisolone Acetate Tablets orally,then the control group was additionally given routine acupuncture treatment,and the experimental group was additionally given infrared acupoint irradiation and ginger-separated moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The improvement of posterior nerve function before and after treatment was observed and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The score and total score of nerve function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group:72.73%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No related complications and adverse reactions were found in both groups during treatment,and the safety level was grade I.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with infrared acupoint irradiation in the treatment of facial paralysis can improve the facial nerve function and clinical effect.
