旅客空铁联运换乘巴士发车间隔优化 被引量:2

摘要 为提高旅客空铁联运换乘组织效率,针对现阶段国内旅客空铁联运广泛采用的机场巴士换乘模式,兼顾旅客利益和企业利益,以旅客由于候车产生的总损失最小和企业总运营成本最小为目标,建立基于不同时段客流量的换乘巴士发车间隔优化模型.针对多目标优化模型,设计带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解.以A城市旅客空铁联运为例,提出不同时段的机场换乘巴士发车间隔优化方案.结果表明:最优发车间隔使旅客出行总损失降低641元,企业总收入增加973元,旅客和企业的效益都有所提高,验证了模型和算法的有效性和可操作性. To improve the efficiency of transfer organization for passenger air-rail intermodal transport,the airport bus transfer mode widely used in domestic air-rail intermodal transport presently are studied.Considering the interests of both passengers and enterprise,an optimization model of bus departure interval based on the passenger flow in different periods is established,with the goals of minimizing the total loss of passengers due to waiting for the bus and the total operating cost of the enterprise.For the multi-objective optimization model,a nondominant sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)is designed to solve the problem.Taking the passenger air-rail intermodal transport in city A as an example,the optimization scheme of departure interval of airport transfer buses at different time periods is proposed.The results show that the departure interval optimization reduces passenger total travel loss by 641 yuan and brings the enterprise 973 yuan of income increase,which verifies the effectiveness and operability of the model and algorithm.
