摘要
文章主要采用实地观察法对幼儿在建构游戏中合作行为进行研究,发现建构游戏中幼儿倾向与同性玩伴合作,习惯忽视与异性合作,已经出现有组织且较稳定的合作团队,且幼儿合作策略取得多元化发展,而幼儿认知发展水平、个性特征及环境变化都会影响建构游戏中幼儿合作行为水平。论文提出增设异性合作建构主题,增加男女幼儿合作机会;提供丰富结构材料,创造自由活动氛围;教师适时予以恰当指导,引导幼儿建立合作机遇等方法,可很好地提升幼儿在建构游戏中的合作行为和能力。
This paper mainly uses the field observation method to study children's cooperative behavior in constructive games.It is found that children tend to cooperate with same-sex playmates in constructive games and are used to ignoring cooperation with the opposite sex.They have formed an organized and stable cooperative team,and their cooperative strategies have achieved diversified development,while children's cognitive development level,personality characteristics and environmental changes will affect their cooperative behavior level in constructive games.This paper proposes to establish the theme of heterosexual cooperation to increase the cooperation opportunities of male and female children;provide rich structural materials to create a free activity atmosphere;teachers give timely and appropriate guidance to trigger children to establish cooperative opportunities,which can well improve children's cooperative behavior and ability in constructive games.
