摘要
针对冷板的散热方式进行了归纳,根据工程需要提出了多热源冷板主散热通道的布局优化。并对冷板上的热源及主散热通道进行了合理简化,讨论了网格划分的方法,采用二维耦合热阻网络建立了冷板分析模型,在已知冷板边界或内部任一个或多个节点的温度,便可根据热阻网络求出其余所有节点的温度。在此结果的基础上,建立了冷板主散热通道的布局优化模型。利用MATLAB软件编写了求解程序,最后使用算例对该建模及优化过程进行了验证。
The heat dissipation method of the cold plate is summarized, and the layout optimization of the main heat dissipation channel of the multi-heat source cold plate is proposed according to the needs of the project. The heat source and the main heat dissipation channel on the cold plate are reasonably simplified, the method of meshing is discussed, and the cold plate analysis model is established by using a two-dimensional coupled thermal resistance network. If the temperature of any one or more nodes at the boundary or inside of the cold plate is known, the temperature of all the remaining nodes can be obtained according to the thermal resistance network. On this basis, the layout optimization model of the main cooling channel of the cold plate is established. A solution program is written using MATLAB software.Finally, an example is used to verify the modeling and optimization process.
