阐述了DMU50型五轴加工中心用两自由度可伸缩防护装置的设计,装置满足防止灰尘落入机床内,防止冷却油、冷却液等油雾挥发出机床外污染环境,结构简单实用,易操作、易维修,成本低廉。

This paper describes the design of a two-degree-of-freedom retractable guard device for DMU50 five-axis machining center. The device can prevent dust from falling into the machine tool, and prevent oil mist such as cooling oil and coolant from volatilizing outside the machine tool and polluting the environment. Its structure is simple and practical,easy to operate, easy to maintain, and low cost.
