摘要
得益于虚拟现实技术的蓬勃发展,文中将VR技术应用在机械加工教学实训中,融合VR技术、数据库技术、网络编程等技术,构建多维度、多场景、交互性强、沉浸感高的"VR机械加工虚拟仿真教学空间"。采用VR技术仿真各类机加工设备,通过直观形象展示和操作,拓展了学生的认知领域,较好地满足了高校在机加工教学、实训中的需求。为了更加清晰地描述其搭建流程,以CM6140卧式车床为例进行详细介绍。分别对其进行三维建模装配、虚拟仿真装配、人机交互操作,最后配合教学过程中的信息反馈,不断优化教学空间的功能和体验。最后,对该研究现阶段存在的问题进行了总结和反思,相关问题有待未来进一步的探索与研究。
This paper applies VR technology to the teaching and training of mechanical processing.Integrating VR technology,database technology,network programming and other technologies,a multi-dimensional,multi-scene,interactive and highly immersive"VR machining virtual simulation teaching space"is constructed.VR technology is used to simulate various machining equipment.Through intuitive image display and operation,students’cognitive fields are expanded,and the needs of colleges and universities in machining teaching and training are better met.In order to describe the construction process more clearly,this paper takes the CM6140 horizontal lathe as an example to introduce it in detail.Three-dimensional modeling assembly,virtual simulation assembly,and human-computer interaction are performed on them respectively.Combined with the information feedback in the teaching process,the function and experience of the teaching space are continuously optimized.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the existing problems at the current stage of the research,and the related problems need further exploration and research in the future.
