摘要
结合TDI项目中某反应器出口处三通结构的设计,对大直径等径三通的5种设计方案进行分析,并通过数值分析进行了验证。数值分析结果表明:基于焊制三通、大开孔补强的压力面积法计算的焊制三通均不安全;焊制三通算法得到的主管和支管尺寸用于液压或热成型管件的制造时也不安全;大直径等径三通管件的设计推荐采用基于开孔补强的等面积法对主管和支管进行尺寸设计,同时按照钢制对接管件的标准进行制造、检验和验收;大直径焊制等径三通的设计推荐采用数值分析的方法进行。
Combined with the design of the tee structure at the exit of a reactor in the TDI project, this paper analyzes five design schemes of large diameter straight tee and verifies them through numerical analysis. Numerical analysis results show that: the welded tee calculated based on the welded tee and the pressure area method of large opening reinforcement are not safe;the main and branch pipe dimensions obtained by the welded tee algorithm are not safe when used in the manufacture of hydraulic or hot-formed pipe fittings. For the design of large-diameter straight tee pipe fittings, it is recommended to use the equal area method based on opening reinforcement to design the size of the main pipe and branch pipes. At the same time, it is manufactured, inspected and accepted in accordance with the standards of steel butt pipe fittings. The design of large diameter welding straight tee is recommended to adopt the method of numerical analysis.
