基于结构优化的前大梁总成合格率提升方法

摘要 根据大量现场造车经验总结,对乘用汽车前大梁总成基于"DFM"的原则进行SE审查,并反馈ECR进行结构优化及工艺优化,提前从工程制造环节识别潜在风险,在满足功能的前提下有效降低制造难度及成本,保证在试制环节快速提升前大梁总成的合格率,以满足整车SOP需要。 Based on a large number of on-site experience summary, this paper conducts SE review on the front girder assembly of passenger vehicle based on the principle of DFM and feeds back ECR for structural optimization and process optimization, identifies potential risks from the engineering manufacturing link in advance, effectively reduces the manufacturing difficulty and cost on the premise of meeting the function, ensures that the trial production link quickly improves the front girder assembly qualification rate, and meets the vehicle SOP needs.
