摘要
针对现役煤层气增压集输用压缩机组冷却系统安全运行及安全管理问题,开展了对煤层气压缩机组冷却系统的完整性评价研究,利用模糊层次分析法建立了压缩机冷却系统的完整性评价方法。根据模糊层次分析法建立基于系统安全、结构可靠性及冷却效果为准则的评价体系,根据层次分析法建立各指标权重,根据模糊评价原理和专家评分建立目标集、权重集、评语集及判断矩阵,并通过一致性判断,根据最大隶属度准则得到各因素的评判结果。经过煤层气田某在役压缩机冷却系统的案例评判,该机组冷却系统系统安全性、结构可靠性及冷却效果评价结果为满意,完整性整体评价结果为75.5分,评价结果满意。结合冷却系统各因素评价结果和因素分析给出煤层气压缩机组冷却系统完整性评价建议及措施。
In view of the safety operation and safety management of cooling system of the coalbed methane compressor in service used in the pressurized gathering and transportation. Integrity evaluation research on the cooling system of coalbed methane compressor unit is carried out and the integrity evaluation method of compressor cooling system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established. An evaluation system based on system safety, structural reliability and cooling effect is established according to the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, weights of each index are figured up by the analytic hierarchy process. According to the fuzzy evaluation principle and expert scoring, objective set, weight set, comment set and judgment matrix are set up, and consistency evaluation is passed. The last, in line with the maximum membership criterion the evaluation results of each factor is obtained. Through the evaluation process of the compressor cooling system in service in coalbed methane field, the evaluation results of system safety, structural reliability and cooling effect of the unit cooling system is satisfactory. The overall evaluation result of integrity is 75.5, and the evaluation result is satisfactory. Based on the evaluation results and factor analysis of the unit cooling system, the suggestions and measures for the integrity evaluation of the coalbed compressor unit are given.
