摘要
针对NC5440TGJ电驱固井车在运移中出现异响的问题,对车架开展了4种工况下的静力学分析,得到相应工况下车架的应力、变形云图。根据分析结果可知,固井车在运移过程中应力最大的是满载扭转工况,其最大应力为292.05 MPa,变形为2.7 mm。最后提出在主车架下部增加加强板的措施,该改进措施获得了用户好评。
Aiming at the abnormal noise of NC5440TGJ electric drive cementing truck during transportation, the statics analysis of the frame under 4 working conditions is carried out, and the stress and deformation cloud diagrams of the frame under the corresponding working conditions are obtained. According to the analysis results, the maximum stress during the transportation of the cementing truck is the full-load torsion condition, the maximum stress is 292.05 MPa, and the deformation is 2.7 mm. Finally, it is proposed to add a reinforcing plate to the lower part of the main frame, and this improvement measure is well received by users.
