摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,企业的竞争逐渐转向知识之争。对工程咨询类知识型企业而言,企业知识的流动及共享较为普遍,其中隐性知识无可厚非是知识竞争的关键。文章根据企业隐性知识共享能力的内涵及影响因素,合理利用评价指标体系,分析某工程咨询企业内部隐性知识共享能力水平,并从社会学和经济学角度提出提升共享能力相应策略。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the competition of enterprises gradually turns to the competition of knowledge.For engineering consulting knowledge-based enterprises,the flow and sharing of enterprise knowledge is more common,and tacit knowledge totally has become the key for the competition of knowledge.Based on the connotation and influencing factors of the enterprise's tacit knowledge sharing ability,the paper rationally uses the evaluation index system to analyze the level of tacit knowledge sharing ability within an engineering consulting company,and proposes corresponding strategies to improve the sharing ability from the perspective of sociology and economics.
