圆柱形阴极电解成形过程仿真

摘要 针对圆柱形阴极电解加工过程中难以通过实验方式探究阳极成形规律的问题,提出了在COMSOL Multiphysics中建立二维几何模型,通过二维模型实现板状工件加工得出盲槽的目的,依靠有限元模拟的方法划分几何网格,并进行电场和边形几何物理场的耦合求解,仿真了阴极加工至15s、30s、45s、60s时的成形过程以及在各个时间段的电流密度分布情况,并且得出了阳极表面材料去除深度与仿真时间的关系,研究了阳极工件的成形规律。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to explore the regularity of anode formation by experiment in cylindrical cathode electrochemical machining,a two-dimensional geometric model is established in COMSOL Multiphysics.The purpose of obtaining blind groove is realized by two-dimensional model.The geometric grid is divided by finite element simulation,and the coupling solution of electric field and geometric and physical field of edge is carried out.The forming process and current density distribution during 15s,30s,45s and 60s of cathode machining are simulated,and the relationship between material removal depth of anode surface and simulation time is obtained,and the forming law of anode workpiece is studied.
