摘要
随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,原来的交通规划不能不满足城市经济发展的需要,城市交通系统改造升级迫在眉睫。城市轨道工程成为解决各大核心城市交通问题的必由之路。而地铁盾构隧道与既有建筑物基础相冲突的情况时有发生,尤其是一些重要建筑和公共设施无法进行拆除时,都需要采用托换技术。本文依托石家庄地铁2#线下穿建于1994年的城市立交异形板梁建和桥项目,结合以往桩基托换和当前智能化建造技术,在多支点预应力混凝土异形板梁下部结构桩基托换施工过程中采用智能化预支顶技术,解决了复杂环境下多支点受力异形板梁同步控制的难题,保障了建和桥的运营安全。
With the rapid development of China's urbanization process,the original transportation plan cannot fail to meet the needs of urban economic development,and the transformation and upgrading of the urban transportation system is imminent.Urban rail engineering has become the only way to solve traffic problems in major core cities.However,conflicts between subway shield tunnels and existing building foundations occur from time to time,especially when some important buildings and public facilities cannot be demolished,underpinning technology is required.This paper relies on the Shijiazhuang Metro Line 2#underpassing the urban overpass special-shaped slab beam construction and bridge project built in 1994,combined with the past pile foundation underpinning and current intelligent construction technology,in the multi-support prestressed concrete special-shaped slab beam substructure pile foundation Intelligent pre-supporting technology is adopted in the underpinning construction process,which solves the problem of synchronous control of multi-supporting special-shaped slab girder under complex environment,and ensures the safety of construction and bridge operation.
