工程量清单计价在我国推广应用已近20年时间,已成为招投标活动采取的主流计价模式,但在实际应用中也暴露出了一些不足。论文通过详细介绍工程量清单计价在工程中的应用,进一步明确了清单计价的费用组成和基本程序,总结了清单计价的优点,同时也提出了其不足以及后期工程造价工作需要改进和重点关注的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。

List valuation has been popularized and applied in China for nearly 20 years,and it has been the main pricing method adopted in bidding activities.But some problems have been exposed in practical application.By introducing the application of list valuation in engineering in detail,this paper further defines the cost composition and basic procedures of list valuation,summarizes the advantages of list valuation,and puts forward its shortcomings and the problems that need to be improved and focused in the later project cost work,meanwhile solutions have been put forward.
