鹌鹑冷应激研究进展

摘要 鹌鹑具有较高营养和药用价值,被誉为"动物人参",是目前饲养的最小家禽,由于个体较小,耐寒性较差,因此更易受冷应激影响。作者综述国内外有关冷应激对鹌鹑生产性能、抗氧化功能、生理指标、肠道菌群和组织形态学的影响,并归纳缓解鹌鹑冷应激的管理措施。在日粮中添加维生素E、微量矿物质、橘皮提取物、皂草提取物、姜黄素、辅酶Q10或叶酸等补充剂,可不同程度提高冷应激鹌鹑生产性能、抗氧化功能,缓解冷应激带来不利影响,日粮中添加上述补充剂可作为减轻鹌鹑冷应激负面影响的保护性措施,为人们在鹌鹑生产中减少冷应激以及开展相关研究提供丰富资料和理论依据。 Quail has high nutritional value and medicinal value, and are known as the "ginseng".Quail is the smallest poultry raised at present. Because of its small size and poor cold tolerance, it is more susceptible to cold stress. The author reviewed the effects and research progress of cold stress on quail production performance, antioxidant function, physiolo-gical indicators, gut microbiota as well as histological morphology at home and abroad, and summarized the management measures to alleviate cold stress in quails, adding supplements such as vitamin E, trace minerals, orange peel extract, soapwort extract, curcumin, coenzyme Q10 or folic acid to the diet could improve the production performance and antioxidant function of cold-stressed quails to varying degrees, and alleviate the adverse effects of cold stress. Adding the above supplements to the diet could be used as a protective measure to reduce the negative effects of cold stress in quails, and provide a wealth of information and theoretical basis for reducing cold stress in quail production and carrying out related research.
