浅圆仓不同深度大豆品质变化研究

摘要 大豆是我国重要油料作物之一,也是重要的粮油兼用经济作物。大豆中含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类及多种维生素,既能作为一种营养平衡的食物,又是优质的蛋白质和油脂的重要来源,具有较高的食用及经济价值,在日常生活及生产中占据重要地位。本文对浅圆仓不同深度扦取的大豆样品进行检测,指标包括水分、杂质、不完善率和脂肪酸值,根据检测结果,分析不同深度对大豆品质的影响。本课题通过探究不同深度大豆品质变化规律,为浅圆仓日常保管工作关注点提供理论依据,并且可以优化取样位置,以便于准确地制定下一步大豆储藏方案,实现粮食经济效益最大化。 Soybean is one of the important oil crops in China and also an important cash crop for both grain and oil.Soybean is rich in protein, fat, sugar and a variety of vitamins. It can not only be a balanced food, but also an important source of high-quality protein and oil. It has high edible and economic value and plays an important role in daily life and production. In this paper, soybean samples selected from shallow silos at different depths were tested, including moisture,impurities, imperfection rate and fatty acid value. According to the test results, the effects of different depths on soybean quality were analyzed. By exploring the quality change rules of soybeans at different depths, this topic provides theoretical basis for the daily storage focus of shallow silos, and can optimize the sampling location, so as to accurately formulate the next step of soybean storage plan and maximize the economic benefits of grain.
