Planning Practice of Grain and Emergency Material Reserve Comprehensive Park in the New Development Stage

新发展阶段下,综合型粮食及应急物资储备园区集原粮仓储、应急加工、物资储备、综合管理于一体,是国家粮食和物资储备体系在基层基础设施保障方面的重要载体,具有其独特优势。在园区规划初期,应充分考虑园区各部分之间的互补性和综合性,注重园区综合协同效益。本文结合设计实际,针对目前发展现状和问题进行探讨分析,为今后粮食及应急物资储备综合园区规划建设提供借鉴。

At the new development stage, comprehensive grain and emergency supplies reserve zone has its unique advantages. It include the raw grain storage, emergency processing, material reserve, comprehensive management, and it is a national food and supplies reserve system in the important carrier of the basic infrastructure security. At the beginning of the site planning and design, we should fully consider the complementarity and comprehensive between the different parts, while pay attention to the comprehensive synergistic benefits. Combined with the design practice, this paper discusses and analyzes the current development status and problems, so as to provide reference for the planning and construction of grain and emergency material reserve comprehensive park in the future.
