灌箱料斗防积料结构形式的研究与改造

摘要 料斗形式是常见的散粮接卸设施,传统的料斗为单一的容仓开口结构,直入直出,只能用于直接的装车市提。目前市提形式多样,为了更好地适应生产和市场需求,对料斗结构的改造形式有很多,但在改造过程中,由于各部件间对接的高度差等原因,易导致积料情况的发生。本文结合改造过程中发现的问题,研究设计了一种可用于灌箱作业的防积料料斗结构,投产使用后效果突出,具有推广价值。 The hopper form is a common bulk grain receiving and unloading facility. The traditional hopper is a single opening structure of the storage bin, straight in and straight out, and can only be used for direct loading and unloading.At present, there are various forms of market promotion. In order to better meet the needs of production and market, there are many ways to transform the hopper structure. However, during the transformation process, due to the height difference between the components, it is easy to cause material accumulation. Based on the problems found in the transformation process, this paper studies and designs an anti-accumulation hopper structure that can be used for tank filling operations. The effect is outstanding after it is put into use and has promotion value.
