由于市场上已有许多红糖姜饮茶类产品,想要研发出新的同类产品,就要从红糖姜饮茶的原材料选择、加工工艺技术、销售策略等方面着手,使创新研发出的红糖姜饮茶产品在风味和品质上得到突破升级。基于此,本文研究了红糖姜饮茶的主要成分配方及工艺技术,并针对该产品的研发提出一些具体策略。
