摘要
食品安全监督抽检作为食品监管的技术手段,对保障食品安全起到了重要作用。在大批量抽检任务中兼顾抽检质量,更好地发挥抽检的有效性,需要各级市场监管部门共同努力,探索创新。本文从当前抽检现状出发,通过分析抽检工作中存在的问题,提出相应的建议,希望为食品抽检工作的有效开展提供参考。
Food safety supervision and sampling, as a technical means of food supervision, play an important role in ensuring food safety. To take the quality of sampling into consideration in the task of mass sampling, and to better utilize the effectiveness of sampling, requires the joint efforts of market supervision departments at all levels to explore and innovate.Starting from the current situation of sampling inspection, this article analyzes the problems in the sampling inspection work and puts forward corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide references for the effective development of food sampling inspections.
