关于食品安全抽样检验管理规范的认知

Cognition about the Management Norms of Food Safety Sampling Inspection

随着我国经济的快速发展,食品安全问题也受到越来越多人的关注。食品安全抽样检验是食品安全监督工作中的重要环节,然而,我国食品安全抽样检验工作中仍然存在一定的问题。基于此,本文对食品安全抽样检验中存在的问题进行了总结,并提出了相应的对策,以期为进一步规范食品安全抽样检验工作提供参考。

With the rapid development of China’s economy, food safety issues have attracted more and more people’s attention. Food safety sampling inspection is an important part of food safety supervision. However, there are still some problems in China’s food safety sampling inspection work. Based on this, this article summarizes the problems existing in food safety sampling inspection, and proposes corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide a reference for further standardizing food safety sampling inspection work.
